Common Errors: Watch Out! Students often make mistakes with this topic. Wrong: You need to specialise in just one genre to be a good photographer. Correct: While developing depth in one genre is valuable, AQA encourages BREADTH as well as depth. Understanding multiple genres gives you a wider visual vocabulary and more options for expressing your ideas. You can work across genres if your project requires it.
